This engagement is with a large European hospitality company for their sites in the Middle East to integrate their Infor ERP. We helped another customer in the Middle East from the hospitality industry by integrating their Infor ERP with Warehouse Management Systems using Infor ION. The procurement and sales teams need to be connected in real-time with the warehouse team. The project covered 13 integration touchpoints from PO to payment through receiving and order to cash through shipping. Considering the warehouse and purchasing departments operate from different locations, a significant amount of time was spent on the order receiving, bill matching processes, and inventory reconciliation.
